A very friendly address nestled in the heart of Matemale. Nicolas has been in business since 2015, preparing gourmet, traditional and local cuisine. The dishes honor local produce, are generous and always tinged with a touch of delicacy. That's what "una bona cuina" (good cooking) is all about. There's no menu here, just a slate that fades away and is often rewritten to vary the dishes and respect the seasons. Smooth, delicious cooking! We appreciated the warm, family atmosphere of this authentic mountain restaurant.

Longtemps que je n’avais pas été surpris gustativement. Je recommande.
Petit restaurant qui sert des plats excellents ! Certains plats sont phares et restent à la carte (vous ne pouvez pas ne pas goûter le coulant caramel beurre salé !!!). Les viandes étaient exquises (le carré d’agneau basse température était une des meilleurs viandes que j’ai pu manger).
