Olivier is an engineer in ecological construction, so he has been able to combine earth, straw and wood in a marvellous way. Olivier, as a true committed farmer, will make you discover his ecological production: wine, saffron, honey, tomato coulis, olive oil, pomegranate juice... Happiness is in the meadow!
