On the northern slopes of the Albères massif, the 60 dairy goats of Mas Coumou graze on cork oak, moorland and meadows. For tasting, Sylvie and Dominique will offer you crottin (fresh, semi-dry, dry, plain and flavoured), tomme or faisselle. The cheeses of these two charming ladies are so popular that they can be found on the markets of Amélie les Bains le Boulou, Céret and Argelès sur Mer. To be tasted without moderation accompanied by a vintage from their neighbour, the Domaine des Hélianthèmes.
