AUBERGE DE QUÉRIBUS
Chef Robert's cuisine, saucier by training, in a restaurant with a terrace offering a panoramic view
Here, the pleasant surprise starts right from the arrival with the very cordial welcome of Patricia and Robert. Then, the delight follows its course with the discovery of the very beautiful upstairs terrace, from which a panoramic view opens on an impressive rock face. The menu features typically Catalan dishes, such as snails... in Catalan way of course! But also the terrine of the chef, the "boles de picolat" served as it should be with white beans, parilladas and many other specialities of the chef Robert, training sauce chef, who gladly uses Maury in his generous cuisine and slow-cooked, even offers in season, wild boar stew that many connoisseurs are impatiently waiting for. As for the dessert, prunes with "rancio", flan with coffee and other homemade pastries are to be discovered. The dishes keep their promises, it is an excellent homemade cuisine with traditional dishes perfectly prepared. Behind its very attractive narrow storefront, the Quéribus inn is a very charming place in which you can enjoy tasty cuisine, served in all simplicity. Petit Futé recommends it!
