PATISSERIE PINELL
Nathalie Pinell succeeds the Lopez family in this Millas institution of good taste. Both her mother and father are involved in the business, running the café/tea room. We love the family stories, the businesses that never fade into oblivion, but we especially love Nathalie's éclairs: chocolate, of course, but also salted butter caramel and the famous mango éclair! The cakes (at very reasonable prices) are well worth the detour: creamy, rich and generous, just the way we like them. This is a very promising young pastry chef.
