Bonjour je suis actuellement en cure suite à plusieurs opérations et de multiples fractures.
Au bout de 10 jours j'ai dû ressorti les béquilles car des soins n'étaient pas adaptés à ma pathologie.
Seul le chèque pour le docteur de ma cure était important !!!!!!
Idem pour la cure en elle même et l'hôtel qui va avec il y a qu'une chose qui les intéressent c'est notre pognon c'est tellement flagrant que je suis écoeuré. J'ai vu ce qui se passe dans les EPAD et ça y ressemble beaucoup.

I return 3 days spa thermal water in Moligt the Baths. I have excéma and 3 days cure already did me much. However, I placed 4 nights my husband in the Grand Hôtel Thermal right at the top and I STRONGLY NOT IT! Already telephone salutation is rather unpleasant. When you call the first time to know if there is room they categorically refuse to meet you if you do not decline your identity complete and the person who accompanies guests including address and birth date, and when you explain to them that you do not understand why it you request all his information is answered you just that the computer system does not have access to planning if all this information is not seized. First approaches already unhealthy but we however decided to go there to spend 3 days.
Second disappointment: we presented ourselves to the bar's terrace where there was a small animation during which we wanted to drink. Nobody came to serve us 45min, despite our 3 revivals at the reception. A second couple was in the same case as! We decided to eat without having bus our drink.
Third disappointment: we were full-board restaurant " Le Casals " hotel during these 3 days moderate price from €29 by meal (excluding drinks) for the menu " health-nature" who was imposed us. The cuisine is very good, but we did not have ENOUGH TO EAT! At the end of the second day we have to claim to eat! And the waiter answered us that there was 2nd extra for a part of pasta butter!
Fourth disappointment: the package is not clear and nobody having told exactly it have what we right, we were to see the receptionist our departure day before him explain why we had not to have lunch on site the day of our departure. It answered us that did not problem without any precision. The next morning we will see the receptionist to pay consumption and it (which was not the same as the day before) does not deduct us lunch that we do not take. Surprised, I explain him that I came to see the day before and that it was simply answered me that there was no problem. It did not wanting to hear the tone is mounted, the director came (an uncompromising young man) not friendly from the whole and that does not have nothing wanted to know and threatened me legal proceedings if I did not pay €58 of the 2 meals that we do not take!!! This menace I capitulated by fear of embettements later but I blame me it! They nevertheless gave us 2 sandwiches ham butters so that we can eat on the road. A sandwich at €29 I find done expensive!!!!!!
So I advise you strongly staying there, unless you are seeking administrative troubles and sandwiches for €29 room.
