The "industrial" spirit of the 19th century permeates the restaurant. On the plate, a light and tasty "Cuisine Santé Nature®" reserved for residents, and a "Cuisine d'Appétit®" with a southern flavour for gourmet escapades, both signed by Michel Guérard and prepared by chef Paul Chau-Phat. Also to be discovered, the new "Picoti Picota" formula, offered at lunchtime (or in the evening on reservation) for an "all tapas" meal. Nice wine list.

The " Appétit" cuisine; is much less light but equally delicious: candied lamb with crumble dill- apricot and gratin pasta sauce with chanterelles, just to mention.
In short, four days of treatments tastebuds, thermal treatments body... happiness!
