Laure and Antonin arrived in the middle of the garrigue between Montalba and Trevillach 10 years ago. It is on this wild place, halfway between the sea and the mountains, that they decided to deploy their energy by putting down roots in a polyculture project in the respect of the land: biodynamics and wine making without chemical inputs. Today, Antoine is taking over and imbuing himself with the same philosophy to integrate the vine into an ecosystem, a minimum of intervention so that life remains in his wine: "the wine you drink is the translation of cosmic energies (sun and moon) and the minerality of the earth (granite)", explains this young man who leads his vineyard like a shepherd his sheep. "When the wine goes astray, I bring it back". A natural wine, a lively wine but a mastered wine! In the cellar, we discover nectars that are a little wild, typical and really full of life. The first vintages are already very promising. Antoine's love of Earth and Beauty can be read on his lips and in his eyes. Let him guide you on a stroll through the heart of the estate, discovering the almond and olive trees, his vegetable garden and vineyards... unforgettable moments!
