At the Ferme des Pradets, on the Montalba plateau at an altitude of 500 m, the pigs have been reared since birth in the open air on about ten hectares of garrigue and holm oaks. Céline and Julien spend their time pampering their animals, be they pigs, chickens, donkeys or horses. Our two peasants insist on this as well as on the choice of organic agriculture. This philosophy can be found in the meats, deli meats and cured meats that are worked as they were in the past, that is, without nitrite salt and preservatives.
