Since 1872, the Pujol family has run this estate, which has evolved with the times and methods, and as proof the former Mas Ros (blond in Catalan) made the switch to organic in 2014. 32 ha organically farmed at the foot of the Albères mountains on schist, gneiss and granite soils. The components of this highly varied terroir enrich the wines with unique complexity and aromas. José produces over a dozen cuvées in the 3 AOP and IGP colors. An added bonus are the two south-facing gîtes on the estate, equipped with every comfort.
