Local cuisine by the starred chef Pierre-Louis Marin in an inn in Montner.

We've come a long way to sit at the table of Pierre-Louis Marin, a starred chef. He offers us a cuisine of instinct, inspired by the products of the moment and the terroir. A creative, elegant, seductive and fair cuisine that we take pleasure in discovering every season. The flavours of each ingredient exhale all their richness in carefully presented plates. In the glass, you will find local nuggets from the Agly valley and a little further afield. The very attractive midday formula really deserves the detour to Montner.

Très fin. Cuisine fine et élaborée d'une grande précision. Qualité des produits locaux servis y compris le vin... Faut largement le détour.

Très bon restaurant. Cuisine inventive et originale. Le repas affaire le midi à 19€ est imbattable pour un 1 étoile. Pensez à réserver à l'avance.

Nous avons choisi le menu "truffe d'été" excellent et très original. Un régal des papilles et beaucoup de créativité au rendez-vous. Très accessible pour un une étoile, ce restaurant propose même le midi un menu "affaire" à 19€. Comme quoi la grande cuisine peut être accessible à tous.
