Protected natural area, with two major natural assets and organizing events in Nyer
Created in 1998, on the initiative of the Departmental Council, the reserve is a protected natural area that covers 61.21% of the total area of the municipality. The reserve ranges from 730 metres to 2,263 metres. It has two major natural assets: beautiful landscapes and the spectacular narrow gorges near the village. Activities are organised throughout the summer in the reserve house, as well as exhibitions and activities for children.
