You will discover in summer two lively hives at work, where you can observe the breathtaking work of workers and the phenomenal organisation of these small insects. The products of the hives can also be tasted, no less than twelve kinds of honey, with well-pronounced flavours, as well as other products made with honey: nougats, sweets, jams, gingerbread. Another part of the museum is dedicated to the wild fauna of the Pyrenees with stuffed animals. Fun and informative exhibition of stuffed mushrooms of our regions is added to that, a herbarium representative of the local flora and an important collection of butterflies. It is André and Janine Laffite who welcome you and light the way for you if you want to know more about it!
