In an old school with a well-kept decoration, Baptiste Gaillard offers us a cuisine that is in tune with the seasons and the products of the market. He deploys his know-how and personal touches to deliver an authentic cuisine enhanced with creative notes. His recipes are concocted with quality local and extra-fresh products. Everything is worked at the moment. The plates are generous and rich graphic works of art with a subtle harmony of flavours. The selective wine list gives pride of place to small, little-known winegrowers.

Maître Restaurateur. Quality Tourism. Tables & Auberges de France. Annual closure between late December and early February. Low season: open Wednesday to Sunday for lunch and dinner. High season: Tuesday evening; Wednesday to Sunday lunch and dinner. Low season: September 1 to June 30. High season: July 1 to August 31. Reservations recommended. Lunch: starters €6, dish of the day €10 and dessert €5. Menu: approx. €40. Children's menu: €10. Evening: Starters €16 to €18; main courses €25 to €27; desserts €11 to €15. Set lunch (weekdays): Starter €6; Main course €16; Dessert €6. Cheques not accepted. Restaurant vouchers. Terrace. Receptions and banquets.

Our menu evolves and changes with the seasons,
it is also inspired by the market of the moment, local fish and meats with suggestions that you will find on the slate.
It's thanks to these values that the chef has held the title of Maître Restaurateur and member of the Collège Culinaire de France since 2011.
