The estate, located at the foot of the Albères, extends over 7 hectares in a magnificent bucolic setting. The orchard was planted in 1998 and has 3000 organically grown olive trees of four different varieties: manzanilla, olive and aglandau, and of course lucca, the gastronomic olive par excellence: sweet, fleshy and melting with hazelnut aromas. It is also called "the Green Diamond". Since 2010, Emmanuelle and Jean-Paul have expanded the farm by planting a plot of picholine. All the oils, produced in a modern mill, are monovarietal... and terribly delicious! The olives are rigorously selected before harvesting and are harvested at full maturity. You will also find table olives (lucques), olivades (to spread), tomatoes and basil delicacies... it's time for an aperitif!
