Leslie and her brother Bruno have youth on their side. She bought the Foulon that marked her childhood, and they both put their energy into the business. Every lunchtime, diners flock to enjoy the dish of the day for the value of a meal voucher, a full menu featuring fresh seasonal produce, or "pick and choose" from the tapas menu.
