LE POP DU BOCAL
On the left bank of the Têt river, very close to the Polygone Nord centre, Cédric and Laure offer you a traditional and creative cuisine based on fresh and seasonal produce. The menu is very limited and changes every week according to the products on the market and Cedric's wishes. Their challenge and the originality of the concept is also to allow you to bring home a little of their passion through the selected jars and wines. At the bottom of the jar or on your plate, you will find mainly traditional local recipes (Boles de Picolat, Galtes de porc au Banyuls...). Catalan claim, finely presented dishes and above all delicious. We fell in love with cuttlefish à la sétoise, a delight! As for wine, it is the domain of Laure and the terroir of Languedoc Roussillon is highlighted. You can also find Laure and Cédric's jars at the restaurant La Cave de Canet, another address that the Futé likes.
