La Table de Thomas has earned its letters of nobility and is now a benchmark for bon vivants and those who love wood-fired meats. As the owner himself puts it: "It's a return to our roots, a place where time seems to stand still to make way for the pleasure of the senses and conviviality". We love the prime rib and the snails. The wine pairing is very well thought-out. In summer, Céline and Thomas welcome you on the terrace in the heart of the mas, and in winter in the magnificent dining room with its exposed stone walls.
