Enfin j'ai pu y diner et apprécier ce changement de cuisine, la créativité que l'on m'a vantée, ce vent de jeunesse et cette audace dans les assiettes de l'entrée au dessert. Bravo les jeunes, ne changez rien, vous m'avez convaincu de revenir plus souvent.
