TXOKO
Confrérie de gastronomes, French cuisine restaurant with a terrace, with an epicurean and dilettante atmosphere in Perpignan
For the record, in the Basque Country, Txoko is a brotherhood of gastronomes. Transported to the Catalans, it gives a restaurant of French cuisine with marrow bone as a starter or foie gras, calf's head with Gribich sauce, magret stuffed with foie gras, monkfish medallion with merguez, gambas flambéed with whisky, the famous Txoko burger and of course the tapas menu. Epicurean and dilettante atmosphere with this superb and large terrace in the pedestrian street at the foot of the Castillet where people stop to drink an aperitif and chat. Life, we love it.
