Next door to Saint-Jean Cathedral, Frédéric Marchand prepares gourmet dishes with an Asian flavour. His instinctive, passionate locavore cuisine is a treasure trove of savoir-faire. Like a painter, he imagines, visualizes and composes his dishes. Flavors are carefully preserved with subtle harmonies of aromas. His specialty: fish, which he selects from the morning fish auction and matches with seasonal vegetables. May to September: Tuesday to Saturday; October to April: Monday to Saturday lunch and Thursday to Saturday dinner. Reservations recommended. Menu: approx. €50. Lunch menu: €18 (dish of the day, 2-course menu: €25, 3-course menu: €30). Wine by the glass. Evening: by the slate only. Cheques not accepted. Chèque Vacances, Chèque Restaurant. Baby chairs. Une petite remarque : faites réparer la clenche de la porte d'entrée , elle s'est ouverte plusieurs fois, amenant un vent froid, et j'ai dû par trois fois me lever pour la bien fermer. Merci.
