Next door to Saint-Jean Cathedral, Frédéric Marchand prepares gourmet dishes with an Asian flavour. His instinctive, passionate locavore cuisine is a treasure trove of savoir-faire. Like a painter, he imagines, visualizes and composes his dishes. Flavors are carefully preserved with subtle harmonies of aromas. His specialty: fish, which he selects from the morning fish auction and matches with seasonal vegetables. May to September: Tuesday to Saturday; October to April: Monday to Saturday lunch and Thursday to Saturday dinner. Reservations recommended. Menu: approx. €50. Lunch menu: €18 (dish of the day, 2-course menu: €25, 3-course menu: €30). Wine by the glass. Evening: by the slate only. Cheques not accepted. Chèque Vacances, Chèque Restaurant. Baby chairs. Comme cela, ça ne dit rien. Mais c’est exceptionnel pour le prix. Les plats sont d’une finesse et d’un raffinement remarquable. Produits très frais. La cuisson des poissons est parfaite. L’entrée inventive avec des alliance de gout superbes.
