A real Chinese restaurant in Perpignan! Everything is homemade, with spices and condiments imported directly from the Middle Kingdom. The flavors and aromas transport you directly to China (in the words of a connoisseur of this country), and it's a "Proustian" trip for those who have been there, particularly to Sichuan. The establishment is run by a couple who arrived in France as students some ten years ago. The service and welcome are impeccable. We have no hesitation in recommending the stir-fried noodles or the Ma Po Tofu, two emblematic dishes.
