It's fresh, original and offbeat, and we love the boldness of the recipes and decor. Among the thousand recipes based on fresh, local produce (and which look as if they've been plucked out of a magician's hat), the speciality is gyozas: Japanese ravioli made to order according to the chef's mood. It's not for nothing that the place is also called the Food Lab! A striking and surprising experience, always full of daring.
