LA PATA NEGRA
Restaurant offering a transpyrenean cuisine.
A true "jamonería" in Perpignan! A purely Iberian concept that is textually translated by "jambonnerie", and everything or almost is said in this name. Only the view of the front is mouthwatering, a space dedicated to the sale and the tasting of Pata Negra, Serrano, to star Bellota, and to everything that revolves around pork. All the products come from Andalusia or the mountains of Southern Catalonia: fuets, black puddings (botifara) and white ones (dios, Pa de fetge...). The Manchego, Cabrales and other Spanish cheeses are also to enjoy as tapas, as dish or as salads. To complete this sunny assortment, anchovies, squid, prawns, pinchos and casseroles of scallops are also on the menu. This transpyrenean getaway will be complete with a draught Estrella Damm. For the wines, 90% of them are from the department and the remaining 10% is from La Rioja.
