And it is well named because Mathieu, your host and the owner of this restaurant, is a simple and genuine guy. He has been in the business for 15 years and concocts good Italian cuisine that has crossed the borders of the boot: a fine butcher's cut at lunchtime, risotto with prawns, the famous authentic pizza and a burger that takes your breath away! Local or organic products when possible and everything is homemade, even the ketchup, the pesto and the bread for the burgers! We love the large room with its exposed beams and above all... the flame of the wood-fired oven which catches the eye.
