Jean-Paul's workshop treats us to a generous, tasty cuisine that goes around the world without falling into the easy exotic. A warm place with a designer decor and a touch of rusticity. "We chose transparency", explains Jean-Paul. The latter offers you meat, fish and shellfish, woks, vegetarian dishes and the chef's specialities. A delicious and copious cuisine with a nod to Asia. Finally, the West Indian origins of the artist Jean-Paul remind us to taste his arranged rums!
