La Villa Duflot, recently redesigned, is one of the best places to visit. The Chef, François Celestin, did not take long to sublimate Catalan products. In the 3 years he has been at the Villa, his dishes inspired by the seasons have been arranged on a weekly menu and a weekend menu that the maestro has been constantly rewriting. We are offered symphonies of flavours on harmonies with Catalan consonances. To complete the whole, no less than 150 references of Côtes du Roussillon and Collioure in white, red and rosé, make up the Villa's wine list. This table is set in an exceptional green setting, with a park planted with Mediterranean species, colourful and fragrant gardens and a vast swimming pool with turquoise waters. More than just a meal, it is a moment of escape that is offered to us with a unique cuisine, location and service. Emotion is also present when Villa Duflot invites us in summer to its "Jeudis de La Villa", given at night in the park, on the program: "music, wines and flavours". Enchanting hours that suspend time to a note, a wine, a dish.

Cependant le restaurant fait baisser la moyenne, rien de bien fou pour le prix et le staff ne connait ni les plats ni leur contenu... Parole maladroite, dommage ...
