Restaurant with terrace with a meat speciality in Perpignan
Located in Perpignan since 12 July 2005, the Butchery is a very good reference for beef lovers. It should be noted that bone bone is also very present, especially with the huge rib rib, sliced in front of you by the server, and the superb pot-au-fire served in a beautiful pot in enamel. Part of the map is also dedicated to magret. All meats are served with fries or vegetables at will. Here, the customer care is extremely fast and the servers very friendly and caring. A joyful atmosphere reigns in this still active hive. In addition to the undeniable quality of the meat, we enjoyed the quality of bread (complete bread) as well as the many wines of the department placed in honor. It is also convenient to park in front of the restaurant, and the large terrace under the 74-seat top is a significant "plus".

Jarret d'agneau à peine tiède renvoyé en cuisine. Gout fade sans saveur.
Salade conservée dans un frigo trop froid donc les feuilles étaient translucides et donc très dures à croquer. Sauce à salade pratiquement inexistante. En plus, les cuisiniers avaient posé le plat à purée très chaud sur des feuilles à salade !
Par contre, personnel sympa et attentif.
Bref restaurant à éviter....
Ils sont même venus s'assurer que la cuisson de la viande était correcte.
