"The pizza maker": it's written all over the front and it's not for nothing. Finally a real pizzeria with real quality products (and there are not that many in the area). Papa Dom has been living between Perpignan and Saint-Estève for 25 years and he doesn't joke with good taste. He talks about pleasure in his work, quality, authenticity and quantity... values he prefers to profitability. Let's quote him: "We make pizzas the way we like to eat them". Ham is real ham, cheese from the French Emmental Grand Cru, all vegetables are fresh, and the dough is a mixture of wheat and spelt, made daily in a traditional way. Beautiful speeches that resonate in pizzas. Everything is true! We loved their recipes. Three types of pizzas: tomato coulis, fresh cream base or bare dough base. They also serve salads and "crocs", desserts and drinks. And let's not forget the crazy and delicious "limited edition" pizzas that you can discover on the Facebook page.

L’incontournable de la pizza dans le ribéral et Perpignan
Les pizzas sont excellentes avec une vraie pâte italienne et les garnitures sont pleines de saveurs, les produits sont hyper frais ! Nous recommandons cet endroit pour les amateurs de bonnes pizza. Encore merci pour ce bel accueil!!
Ps: cela serait génial d’avoir des pizzas à la burrata sur votre carte!
