Do you like burgers? If so, you're going to love the burgers prepared by René and Géraldine Torcatis in their gleaming black van. Butcher-style minced steak, extra-fresh crudités, mostly French cheeses, homemade onion compote... these are just some of the ingredients you'll find encased in a soft, golden artisan bun. The burgers come in a variety of humorous, French-style names: le Gégé, le Néné, le Clacos... They're served with home fries, and when you try one, you're left with only one desire: to try another, but not just yet, as they're far too hearty! And if you've got room to spare, the homemade desserts are just as delicious. On site, you can enjoy your meal on the terrace in front of the truck, or they can pack it up and eat it wherever you like. We agree, it's not very light, but it's really good!
