An institution! For 30 years, in the middle of the car dealerships of the chemin de la Fauceille, in Perpignan sud, the Maison Lafont truck has been a real kitchen on wheels. Open every day of the year, it is the gourmet alternative to fast food chains. Here they cook with home-made bread for "Americans", burgers, hot-dogs and paninis. A giant rotisserie for succulent chickens, but also seasonal dishes: squid in parsley, boles de picolat... Air-conditioned area and pergola for outdoor meals.
