L'OLIVIER
Enjoy delicious salads in a restaurant with a terrace in Perpignan.
Opened at 6 p. m., the Olive Tree is well known by the early risers, they rush in the morning for growing coffee before going to work. But all day, for a snack, a drink on the terrace or an ice during the days of high heat, the passers-by will take a few moments for a small, refreshing break. At noon, Lynda and Rémy prepare their delicious salads from 7 €, Caesar, Scotland with a slice of marinated salmon with dill, tomatoes and a few ceps. Unless you succombiez for the Manchego plate and its Iberian charcuterie with a homemade pie. But what Petit Smart has preferred is no doubt the mood of Thursday evening with the many oyster fans.
