The Petit Futé has been following this Tour de France companion for a few years now and does not regret it. Following in the footsteps of his masters, Serge only works with fresh, seasonal products with the know-how inherited from his years of apprenticeship with the best, but with that personal touch that sublimates his dishes. Une superbe découverte ! Une équipe jeune,motivée,créatrice sans tomber dans l’excès,des produits de première fraîcheur,un service souriant,d’excellent conseils pour le vin ( au verre c’est plutôt rare !!!) conclusion allez-y et si nous repassons par Perpignan nous y retournerons
