DIMAS are the initials put end to end of the first names of the whole family, tell us Alex and Sarah, the bosses of this new restaurant open on the buzzing Leclerc Avenue. Fine connoisseurs of varied or traditional cuisine will be entirely satisfied in this restaurant. The decoration of the place (wood and skins) and the choice of dishes show a certain standing claimed loud and clear. One comes here more to taste and excite the taste buds than to simply eat. In the plate, one finds classics from here and elsewhere, a beautiful part is made with meat (delicious stones), and especially the dishes are made with high quality and often local products. Fine and delicate are the words that come to us when it comes to describing both the innovative cuisine and the personality of Sarah and Alex. These people have taste, a certain class even, and we enjoy ourselves with friends or as a couple at their home in the dining room or on the superb terrace. This restaurant, rather on the fringe of the young movement that animates the Leclerc Avenue, has made the choice to privilege quality rather than quantity. And above all, we love the enthusiasm with which the owners bring this place to life by offering theme evenings, open stages, tastings and even a Sunday brunch. We wish them every success.
