Cooking with fresh and seasonal products in a restaurant in Perpignan.
A gastronomic boudoir, which does not look like much, hidden in a street perpendicular to the avenue de la gare. A hymn to the pleasures of the table! The chef, of Australian origin, introduces us to a cuisine rich in multiple influences with unsuspected and unforgettable flavours. The combinations of flavours are inventive, playful and tasty. It is undoubtedly the restaurant that you must try in Perpignan. But be careful, the restaurant is very small, so it is better to book in advance. We only dream of coming back there.

Strange experience- we had 8pm reservations, we’re squeezed in between a refrigerator and the restroom door. This is not a fancy place, the focus is in the kitchen, not the dining room. The server/owner waited on everyone else (even those arriving after us) first. After about 45 minutes our first dish arrived (it is a set menu) and the 2 starter courses were so good my attitude changed. The mushroom starter was amazing.However, the mains and desserts were just average. So, the food was overall a win but the experience was not good. BTW, take a taxi, the parking near the restaurant is a struggle.

Tout était délicieux et le service parfait. Le chef est un artiste créatif, il nous fait découvrir des saveurs inattendues. Nous reviendrons !
