Restaurant in front of the Perpignan Labour Exchange offering a market cuisine based on fresh produce.
This is a man who fights every day for the city centre to live. The restaurant is located right in front of the Labour Exchange, just steps from the municipal theatre. Here, it is a friendly atmosphere with a "flea" spirit of art made of objects collected. Red tiles, match plates, assortie glassware, buffet and Grandma's ice cupboard set the tone. David is a Catalan-Catalan, with both influences in the kitchen. A mix that is not to not us, all the more so as David knows that David is doing his daily shopping rue de la Parillada at Casa del Parn and on the market of the Republic Square. Nothing is hidden, it is a kitchen prepared in front of you with fresh products well worked. The card is short, no more than 4 proposals in starters, dishes or desserts. Snails in Catalan have no complex complexe pie or fond of saint Marcellin's honey, picoulat boles do not hesitate to toiser the fatty liver, burger, paella or the Catalan pie (pure creation of David made of soubressade and potatoes). It is good and generous cuisine. It is all served in a pleasant family atmosphere where you can enjoy the habitués, tourists and workers. A real mix of genres that are becoming increasingly rare, the Petit Smart loves!
