L'Osmose is a girls' story, a team of Amazons with a big heart, led by Elsa, who is committed to eco-gastronomic activism: taste, product quality (the team only works with local produce) and ethical working conditions. These values are reflected in the surprising, faultless dishes! We were won over by the octopus and squid - the sea seemed so close in our mouths! As for the setting, it's just superb, with a touch of chic that we love. And let's not forget the take-away option, at a very reasonable price. Well done!
