Opposite the TGV station, 123 apartments for 1 to 6 people: studios, 2 rooms or 3 rooms from 20 m² to 58 m². Very well soundproofed, equipped with quality bedding, a desk, a kitchenette equipped with hotplates, microwave oven, coffee machine, crockery and kitchen utensils, flat screen TV, heating and a cleaning kit. Bathrooms with Italian shower or bathtub. Direct access to the basement car park which is secured by numerous cameras.

El mejor hotel de todo Perpignan, estaba lleno, no habían habitaciones; tuve la suerte de pillar la última en pleno puente de diciembre y encantadísima. Super silencioso a pesar de estar en frente de la estación de Renfe-AVE-TGV. Increíble. Descansé como nunca a pesar de mis problemas de insomnio. Volveré :D.
L'appartement en lui-même est très bien, lits confortables avec cuisine et salle de bain, même si la chambre n'est pas très spacieuse, suffisante pour le rapport qualité/prix. A prendre en compte la localisation !!!!!

Muy buena opción en Perpignan de no ser por la ubicación. Está a 20’ andando del centro, lo cual es aceptable, sin embrago la zona no transmite nada de seguridad al estar rodeada de indigentes.
El apartamento en sí está muy bien, las camas cómodas con cocina y baño, aunque no muy espaciosa la habitación, suficiente para relación calidad/precio. A tener en cuenta la ubicación !!!!!
