Accueil Paysan label in Perpignan, with around 15 addresses, including gîtes and farms, in an ecological rural environment
"The farmer welcomes guests into his home, at his table or at the inn. He welcomes you to his fields, to his animals, to the landscape that his work shapes". In addition to sharing a way of life, the association (founded in 1987 around a brainstorming session between militant farmers), recognized by the French Ministry of Tourism, aims to position itself as an alternative to the dominant model of agriculture, helping to build a more ecological and vibrant rural world. Some fifteen addresses in the département (gîtes, farms, producers, etc.) are affiliated with this label.
