Stay in a hotel located on the banks of the Basse, between Castillet and the prefecture, in Perpignan
Located on the quays of the Lower, between the Castillet and the prefecture, this non-star hotel is ideally located for visiting the city. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms have an area of 10 m 2 to 16 m 2 (double standard and double comfort) and up to 20 m 2 for the superior. The hotel is a bit old. If you do not support noise, we strongly recommend that you request a room overlooking the rear. Breakfast is rather expensive for the guests, but it is served in the room all week from to and many cafes are close to the hotel. We allowed the advice of clients who left their room, they told us to be satisfied with the whole, except that hot water in the bathrooms was very long to arrive.

Conocimos el hotel en una primera visita a Perpignan y nos encantó, nos pareció que tenía un pasado interesante, con tantos huéspedes ilustres (Edith Piaf, Saint-Exupéry, Dalí...), y un presente muy simpático, estuvimos realmente a gusto. Volvimos al poco tiempo y grabamos un reportaje de 9 minutos. El resultado, "Hotel de France: El refugio de los soñadores", en el canal Ytb "El molino de acordes", lo pueden ver todos los que tengan curiosidad por saber más del hotel y su historia, contada por Henri, su actual propietario.
