Il s'agit d'un festival international de photos journalistes. Les thèmes abordés ne sont pas vraiment joyeux mais permet une prise de conscience par l'oeil du photographe. L'aspect agréable est de profiter de l'arrière saison de Perpignan et de s'y balader en visitant des lieux habituellement fermés au public.

J'y vais chaque année. Cela permet une prise de conscience aiguë du monde dans le quel nous vivons. La sélection des photos et les tirages sont remarquables. Rue Rabelais, la visite du Couvent des Minimes et de l'Eglise des Dominicains, plus la Caserne Galliéni et la Chapelle du Tiers-Ordre toutes proches, peuvent vous occuper une journée entière ! Seul risque : un coup de cafard en fin d'exposition en raison de la dureté de certaines scènes ou situations.
