Thierry Prédignac, Christophe Baiocco and Vincent Bel are the initiators of the beguinage project of the Saint-François d'Assise cloister. Thierry Prédignac bought the building in 2012 to install a first beguinage. For the realization, he called on the other two, real estate professionals and technicians. With this experience, they created Vivre en Béguinage in order to accompany béguinages projects and to realize them "to measure", according to the wishes of the future inhabitants, but also to help individuals in their search for a béguinage. Four béguinages are open (Mûrs-Érigné, Paray-le-Monial, Tours and Le Mans) and one is under construction in Agen.
