The Vins Rosés Ambassadeurs du Roussillon winegrowers present a selection of wines for tasting, followed by a country-style meal in a friendly, festive atmosphere. The "Fraîcheur" evenings are held at various wineries in the region, including Château Nadal Hainaut, Château Las Collas, Mas Reig, Château de Caladroy and Domaine Bellavista.
