CAFÉS LA TOUR
Founded in 1925 by Jacques Murville, the company des Tour La Tour is the latest independent roasted in the region. Today, it is the grand-granddaughter of the founder, Sophie Fabre, who is the heir of three generations of this company that has been able to stay family. Its method of work has preserved traditions: in the "traditional range", green coffees are hand assembled and then roasted to the old so they reveal all their aromas. Sophie, in demanding, demanding "Gringa", travels the world: from these trips to Ethiopia, Guatemala and Peru, it returns from small local producers, «pure origins» coffees, certified and organic and fair trade. The packages and mugs designed by Catalan artist Pritchard's duo play aesthetics in the design of portraiturés characters, and bright, turquoise, yellow and burnt-earth colours. The unconditional of the coffee mill will even be able to supply grain directly to mountain brûlerie. It's also an opportunity to get drunk with these révélés scents between baking and cooling coffee, a stage where there are almost 900 different fragrances.
