A special mention for this artisan baker and pastry chef who is one of the few to offer fresh, quality pastries all year round, Sundays included. Steven revisits the great classics, babas au rhum, Paris-Brest, éclairs and other religieuses with his own personal touch, but also creates real masterpieces every week.
