De Neuville, in Perpignan, is a shop specializing in chocolate made in the purest French tradition. Since 2015, the smiling Myriam has been running the shop and presents more than 250 references of chocolates in all its forms. The products are 100% French pure cocoa butter (70% cocoa beans) and above all without palm oil and carbon dioxide. "We work all our products with the fruit pulp and the cocoa bean", she insists. The pride of the shop: the brand Les Pavés de Perpignan, a unique recipe that we love.
