Guillaume Pruja and his small pastry shop in old Perpignan, a stone's throw from Saint-Jean Cathedral, are famous throughout the department. Guillaume tells us that it was by accident that he found the mystery ingredient that caused him to be robbed every day of his scowls. With this small round biscuit delicately flavoured with aniseed and glazed 3 times, it has found the perfect alchemy to keep it without drying. We will name it by mutual agreement with its creator "crunchy-founding" and it is a slaughter, a delight of the gods! Normal when you consider that this descendant of a baker-pastry maker (for 5 generations) wanted to be a... chemist. Also to discover the breads and pastries with sourdough, all made in the traditional way, in the traditional way as claimed by Guillaume and especially from organic ingredients! You'll love it!
