His pastry school offers training courses for professionals, and on Saturdays, workshops and demonstrations for the general public (and children) led by top chefs. Learning is essential, but tasting is even more so when you visit the Boutique: mignardises, macaroons, assorted petits fours, ice creams and entremets come in exquisite colors and flavors invented for each season.
