DOMAINE SARDA MALET
If all the restaurant owners of the region display bottles of the Domaine Sarda-Malet on their menu, it is certainly not without reason. Since 1982, the year of the take-over of the estate, the Sarda-Malet family produces three côtes-du-roussillon and two rivesaltes. The hard work of the vineyard, as well as the respect for grapes and beautiful fruit, makes the wines from the estate elegant, from its delicacy to its tannic quality. Deep and sustained colours, red-fruit flavours with which a vanilla note mixes, these powerful and warm wines with spice touches have been awarded many times, a departmental reference. Tastings are done on appointment, especially for the periods of harvest.
